Back in April, well before our Love Island and World Cup-drenched summer, Fixflo joined the cream of the lettings industry at the annual ARLA Propertymark Conference at the ExCel Centre in London. As well as offering the opportunity to learn about the changes and challenges facing the industry, we were also able to catch up with some of our friends and customers, like Charlie Perdios from Anthony Pepe Estate Agents in north London.

Describe Fixflo in a few words
"Fixflo is a fantastic product which we're using and it basically saves us time on our property management. We push tenants to report everything through Fixflo and it basically absolutely saves time for our property management team.
What is the most valuable Fixflo feature?
"I think the information that it gives tenants is extremely valuable. You know, we have tenants that could. possibly phone us up for something very very simple and Fixflo will make sure that their questions are answers, and obviously that just saves us time. It helps the tenants and it's an invaluable product that we use."
Why do you love Fixflo?
"As I said, it saves us time and it's not an expensive product so, you know, it doesn't matter how many people you have employed, Fixflo is like probably having two or three people in our particular agency. So it's money, time, efficiency which is what everyone wants and I think the new generation of tenants like to interact on the internet. It's quick and easy, you know, a few clicks of a button on our website, and it's a fantastic product."
