In April some of the Fixflo team made the trip from Elephant and Castle to the Excel Centre to attend the annual ARLA Propertymark Conference. In amongst the speeches and the swag, we were able to meet new people and catch up with some of our friends and customers, like Greg Tsuman from Martyn Gerrard Estate Agents in London.
We convinced Greg to give us a few minutes of his time while he quickly shared his experiences since signing up with Fixflo - take a look at what he had to say below!

Why did you choose Fixflo?
We had realised that we needed a solution to provide tenants an option to report emergencies and more routine maintenance issues and streamline the process at our end; make sure we don't waste unnecessary time when a quick, simple question that can be self-serviced essentially and we provide quicker answers as a result."
What challenges did you face before Fixflo?
"Before we chose Fixflo we were spending quite a lot of time answering routine maintenance issues which were really quite simple. I particularly remember the question about mould and condensation because it's quite a usually question. Tenants ask us about mould and condensation and the answers are there, they can self-diagnose and if the answers aren't available through Fixflo they call us and we can help them much better because we can focus our time and energy on the things that are really important to tenants."
Why do you love Fixflo?
"I love Fixflo because it frees up our day to do the important things that really matter."
What was life like before Fixflo?
"If we didn't use Fixflo, life would be like it used to be. A lot of paperwork, a lot of phone calls, a lot of emails and a lot of the same routine information being passed back and forth. You've got to move with the times!"
